Elderflowers Life Plans bundle
Life seems pretty normal, I’m living my life. Why plan now?
We’ve designed these planning guides as tools to help you think about how you want your life to be if things need to change.
Most of us don’t like to think too far ahead but a bit of planning is a good way to have some personal control over what happens to you and to let people know what you want if there comes a time that you can’t tell them.
You can do it alone or with others. When we tried these tools out, we found that when done with someone else, like a close family member or good friend, the conversations were what mattered most. It became a shared experience of discovery and connection. A way to get clear about what matters most. So set aside some time, make some tea, and let yourself enjoy making this all about you.
We’ve created three plans for three very different stages:
Planning for your independence.
Planning for supported living.
Planning for end-of-life.
You can do them all at once, or one at a time. And you can redo them as many times as you want to!
