The Elderflower refund policy

Most of what is for sale on our site is through affiliate links. How that works is described in the affiliate overview here. If you are buying through any of our affiliates, you need to check their refund policies. From time to time we may sell items directly through the website. If you are buying anything from us, we have a no questions return policy, which means if you are not happy after receiving your item you simply tell us you wish to return it. Your item should be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and your receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@elderflowers.com. We’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. You can always contact us for any return question at hello@elderflowers.com.

Damages and issues

Check your order when it arrives and contact us as soon as possible if the item is damaged, not working, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

There are certain types of items that can’t be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised gifts), and opened personal care goods (such as body care products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about any specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and checked your return, and a) let you know when the refund is approved, or, b) if for any reason there is not a refund option. Once approved, you’ll be automatically refunded through your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post a refund.
